Election Form

We are excited to announce that the filing period for individuals interested in serving on the STRIDE Academy Board of Directors is now open.
The filing period will remain open from April 25, 2025, through May 16, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
The 2025 School Board Election will take place May 26–30, 2025.
Serving on the Board of Directors is a meaningful opportunity to support the leadership, mission, and future growth of STRIDE Academy. Board members help shape important policies and ensure strong oversight of our school’s operations.
Key Information for Interested Candidates:

  • Candidates must not be related parties, as defined in Minnesota Statute 124E.07.
  • Individuals with certain conflicts of interest (such as employment, ownership, or contractual relationships with the school or vendors) are prohibited from serving.
  • Elected board members must complete required governance, finance, employment, and data practices training within 12 months of being seated.
  • Failure to complete mandatory training will result in ineligibility to continue serving and restrict future candidacy for 18 months.

To complete your filing, candidates must:

  • Indicate which seat they are filing for.
  • Provide contact information.
  • Submit a brief biography and candidate statement (which will be shared with voters).
  • Certify eligibility to serve under MN Statute 124E.07.

Candidate profiles will be posted to the STRIDE Academy website on May 16, 2025.
