Executive Director/Founder - Dale Beutel
Woven into the philosophy and mission of STRIDE Academy is Dale Beutel's passion for helping children reach their highest potential. STRIDE Academy is not a job for Dale, its the realization of a dream he once scribbled on a napkin.
Dale's professional experience as an educator at at the Minnesota Department of Education gave him the expertise he needed to operate a school.
For the past 23 years, Dale has been serving a variety of positions in the education field. He brings experince as a classroom teacher, special education director, assistant principal and program director to STRIDE Academy.
Dale received his bachelor's of science degree from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and went on to receive his Masters and Education Specialist degree from the University of Florida.
Principal - Jason Ulbrich
As the principal, I am excited to serve the parents and students of STRIDE Academy. My mission is to create a world class school where students are consistently challenged to exceed state and national norms. This vision will be realized with the teamwork of all stakeholders. We need to ensure each student acquires the skills necessary to not just compete in, but to excel in a global economy.
My teaching experience includes high school Biology, Physical Science and Field Biology. I have served as the assistant principal, curriculum director and district assessment coordinator in Delano, MN. I also had the opportunity to serve as a high school principal in Sauk Centre, MN.
I graduated with a BS degree in Biology, Earth Science and General Science from St. Cloud State University. I earned my MS and Specialist Degree in Education Administration also from St. Cloud State University.
