Our Community

At STRIDE Academy, students do not just get a school where they can learn reading, writing and math. They get a school that collectively cares about them and is focused on helping them succeed in school, life and the community today and into the future.

At STRIDE, we know it is not enough to simply teach students the basics so they can pass their standardized tests or get the grade. We need to help them become well-rounded individuals who care about others and give back to their community. We do that through extracurricular activities, service learning and parental involvement. Parents play an integral part in helping our students achieve the academic and social goals by donating their talents and their time.
